Sales Development Rep (SDR)

We are Pi Datametrics, a leading start-up and VC backed SaaS business, and we’re looking for an eager and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our growing SaaS business at our Brighton HQ.

The ideal candidate will be joining a friendly but hungry team of sales representatives (based in UK, Sweden and Asia) with the choice of working both from home and in the heart of Brighton’s sought-after South Lanes.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the role will involve building a pipeline and booking appointments from an already hefty list of MQLs, and learning more about SEO and Software as a Service technology.

To do so, you will become adept at using Hubspot to assemble targeted lists of prospects to reach out to. You will then be responsible for engaging these prospects via phone, email sales sequence and LinkedIn to turn them into qualified opportunities.

We have big plans for the business, and being part of the Business Development team will ensure your role as SDR will be intrinsic in taking the company and your career to the next level.


  • Swiftly follow-up on inbound and generate exciting outbound leads.
  • Managing and delivering your beautifully constructed sales sequences to nail more new business (Hubspot)
  • Setting and managing your tasks and diaries
  • Impressing leads on the phone and booking must-see demos
  • Identifying top contacts within the UK through smart research
  • Booking lucrative and qualified meetings for the sales team to close
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing on our strategic sales approach
  • Ensure a successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and notes in Hubspot
  • Hitting opportunity targets each month
  • Contributing to the development of the whole sales team

The right candidate will have:

  • Previous successful sales experience or the ambition to start a successful sales career
  • A track record of high achievement
  • The ability to communicate to different audiences via phone, email and more
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • The desire to meet and exceed team targets and personal performance goals
  • The technical aptitude to master our product software and sales tools
  • An enthusiastic, competitive nature
  • The relevant personality traits to deal with and thrive upon the ups and downs of sales
  • A plus: Previous sales experience
  • A plus: Hubspot experience
