Sales: Business Development Representatives

Central Brighton based martech developer Pi Datametrics is looking to expand its dynamic team by recruiting Business Development Representatives. 

Role description:

Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team.

Salary depends on experience with a range from £20-24k as a basic, with additional attractive recurring commission and ongoing bonuses on all (inbound and outbound) leads that then become closed won.

Due to the commission structure, successful representatives could see that take-home double in the first year.

The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and confident with strong communication skills, and are looking to kick start their career in SaaS sales. They will preferably have a good knowledge of digital marketing and or sales with the desire to work for a business experiencing new growth.

Job role:

  • Qualifying and booking inbound sales leads (cash bonus for each qualified)
  • Outreaching marketing qualified leads (commission for each booked)
  • Accompanying senior sales staff to enterprises to present Pi software solutions
  • Attending events and exhibitions on behalf of Pi
  • Look to increasing sales scope in UK, and with our APAC, Nordic and USA reps
  • Working with agency partners to help grow sales networks
  • Working alongside the marketing team in Brighton


  • Developing then finessing SaaS sales opportunity qualification and closure
  • Hubspot and Odoo CRM systems
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
  • SEO and martech software training
  • General business knowledge of digital marketing and SaaS sales


  • £20-24k per annum basic salary
  • Commission structure on leads closed won
